Eligible Returns

Return Process

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Original payment method credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of research chemicals, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Change of mind purchases
